In anything in life, there can be a healthy and an unhealthy manifestation... and in my need to give and receive freedom, I have experienced how that shadow, or unhealthy, side can come up.
There's really not much to say here as a preamble lol, so just listen in as I discuss how I have come to realize and witness the shadow side of this need of mine!
