Riley Simpson plays soccer at the University of Hawaii. She has trained for four years at the ALL-IN-15 in Windsor, CO.

In two years, Riley tore both ACLs. She learned a lot through that painful process. It showed her how important proper engagement is. The tightness in her quads was her body’s signal. It meant she wasn’t engaging her glutes.

At ALL-IN-15, Riley strengthened her glutes and eased her tendonitis from surgery. She shared how safe ALL-IN-15 is. By handling heavy loads without risk, she regained her confidence on the field.

The coolest part is that Riley has always been strong and fast. Even with two ACL tears, she surprised herself and her coaches in Hawaii as a freshman. During training camp, she was one of the quickest and strongest players.

ALL-IN-15 helped reduce pain and rebalance her muscles. It also helped her discover a new level of performance she didn't know existed.
