I offer simple prompts to pull clarity from the noise: what is the dream for me, am I living parts of it now; and the focusing question, if today were my last, would I be satisfied with how I spent it? You’ll learn how to spot micro-moments of contentment, swap passive scrolling for presence, and make decisions from a center that actually holds. We also get real about community, why social media can’t replace face-to-face connection, and how small, intentional rituals create a sense of belonging.
