Today our Limit Breaker is Chef Dan San. Chef Dan has been working as a chef for over 14 years and recently opened up his own restaurant - Lula Mae. With dishes inspired by his grandmother, Chef Dan seeks to express himself through cooking with artful dishes. Growing up in Sounthern Cali and making South East Asian dishes, Chef Dan has made his home here in NYC. He continues to work on his dishes and plans to open up other restaurants.
