This is a story I’ve never fully shared before, but it’s one that changed everything for me. And if you’ve ever felt scared of what’s next, I hope this episode can also serve as a loving reminder that you don’t have to wait for everything to fall apart before you can change direction.

You don’t have to wait for something to end, before you have permission to create a new beginning…and you don’t ever need permission to choose yourself.
