À propos de cet audio
It seems that our social media feeds are being filled with ads for all the new fitness trends. Wearables like WHOOP, Oura Ring, even Apple Watch give us a slew of unique and interesting data about our bodies. But how accurate is that data and can we trust it? When do you draw the line between the data and the device telling you how you should feel and workout versus tuning into how your body feels and your intuition.
It begs the question: are we truly getting healthier with all this data or is it just making us more stressed, obsessed, and disconnected.
We answer this question and also take a deep dive into our own experiences with these devices and what we've learned with our clients and ourselves.
