An average man, Jack, befriends Rick, a young boy, on a snowy night just before Christmas. Jack discovers that Rick is lost in the storm and helps him to find his way back home. Once back at Rick’s home, Jack becomes quite smitten by Rick’s mother, a toy maker by trade.
