As a robot from a bygone era, all he needs to do is maintain his battery and keep out of sight, but when he opens the long-buried cryopod he has been searching for, Leper is faced with a terrified little girl.

Alone, he was invincible. Now a fragile life is at stake, and Leper must scour the unyielding wasteland to provide food and shelter. But will he ever be enough for her? After all, he is nothing more than a machine, despite the soul within him.
