À propos de cet audio
Woodford County High School students were invited to participate in a competition to redesign, engineer, and help build a work cell for Parker Hannifin's O-Ring Division in Lexington, KY. In this episode, Superintendent Danny Adkins interviews two project leaders, Weslee and Hunter, on their involvement and work with their teammates. Weslee and Hunter talk about the design process to make the work cell more accessible for individuals with a disability. This collaborative partnership is made possible thanks to the Kentucky Department of Education, Parker Hannifin, Woodford County High School, and Berea Makerspace. The Kids Win Podcast is proud of our WCHS Yellow Jacket Scholars. Weslee, Hunter, and all of our students on this project are truly The Gold Standard!
