In our text in this study, the Apostle Paul focuses on those collecting the offering and we glean application on desired characteristics for those who gather and distribute and how we should respond to those who handle finances.

The Apostle Paul begins his discourse on giving over the next two chapters of 2 Corinthians and in our text in this study, we see two examples of giving and instructions for giving.

In our study today, we look at four steps to finding joy in ministry. All of us are called to serve the Lord (as we have already seen in previous studies) and we know it is going to be hard, so how do we find joy in the hardships? This study gives some application for those times from the text itself.

Paul's suffering was proof of his love for the Corinth people and the Gospel. His hardships, however, are not just unique to him but something all Christians will face. We examine the idea of suffering around four main questions.

We are called to be ministers of reconcilliation and ambassadors for Christ and in our text this morning, we examine what that means and how it applies.

In our text, Paul states "the love of Christ compels us..." and so we exam why/how this love should compel us and what can often get in the way of that.
