  • The Belief Barrier
    Mar 11 2026

Most of the things we don’t go after in life aren’t necessarily things we can’t do — they’re things we’ve decided aren’t possible for us.

In this solo episode, I reflect on the strange loop between belief and action, and how pursuing acting forced me to question the limits I had placed on myself.

I talk about the idea that belief often has to come before proof, the role of neuroplasticity in shaping the stories we tell ourselves, and why the paths we think we’re supposed to follow might not be the only ones that exist.

Because every path that exists today was created by someone doing it for the first time.

And sometimes the biggest shift isn’t suddenly becoming confident — it’s simply allowing yourself to consider that the thing you want might actually be possible for you.

  • Broadway Was Just the Start
    Mar 4 2026

Devyn Pedell's acting journey began at a place most performers spend years trying to reach — Broadway.

As a child, she experienced early success at the highest level. But as any actor knows, a career isn’t defined by one moment — it’s defined by what comes after.

In this episode, we talk about what it really means to sustain an acting career long-term. The unpredictable nature of the industry. The survival jobs that fund the dream. The emotional resilience required when momentum slows down. And the patience it takes to stay committed when the timeline doesn’t look the way you imagined.

This conversation is about longevity. About rebuilding. About staying in the game.

Because sometimes Broadway isn’t the destination.

    It’s just the start.

  • The Comparison Trap
    Feb 25 2026

In this solo episode, I’m talking about comparison — the kind that creeps in when you’re scrolling, auditioning, building something, or just trying to move forward.

Why does everyone else seem ahead? Why does their timeline look better? Why does their confidence look effortless?

I share how comparison has shown up in my acting career, how it’s affected my confidence, and the subtle ways it stops us from acting on our dreams. We talk about timelines, self-worth, social media, and the dangerous illusion that someone else’s success means there’s less room for you.

If you’ve ever felt behind, not enough, or like you’re missing your moment — this episode is for you.
