Hey guys, Sogo here again. I handle editing, asset creation and publishing on this show. This week I tried meditation for the first time. It was supposed to calm me and centre my mind. As soon as I closed my eyes I saw my childhood bully Tope Dokumu and immediately lost the ability to breathe. I started screaming and punching the air. I am never meditating again. It's stupid. Some things are meant to be locked inside and some minds are not meant to be at peace. This is my path to walk in life. Instead of continuing meditation, I went for a walk and as soon as I stepped outside of the house, a short Yoruba woman wearing a purple polo shirt stopped her car in front of me and said she could take me to a special place. I went back into the house 2 seconds after that. Anyway enjoy the episode. It’s really funny and Victor is a natural problem solver.
