Speeding is bad
Speeding is a dangers others
Speeding is illegal, and no one is above the law
But first, remember the roar of the airplane.
We once heard the roar of the plane; now, let's listen for the revving of car engines and the spinning of automotive tires.
In recognition of the Alaska Supreme Court's decision to seize a $92,000 Cessna plane from 82-year-old Ken Jouppi, an Alaskan bush pilot, after he unknowingly transported groceries with beer into a dry county, we call for a greater emphasis on safety in Alaska.
We encourage citizens of Alaska to petition the state government to pass the "Responsible Government Safety Against Speeding by Prosecutors and Judges" bill.
This proposed legislation mandates that all judges and prosecutors attach special license plates to their personal and government vehicles.
Any citizen who observes these license plates and witnesses speeding, or breaking a law, are empowered by the State of Alaska to make a citizen's arrest. Such citizens may seize the vehicle immediately, and after completing a Prosecutor-Judge speeding violation form keep the item.
After all, we are told Judges and Prosecutors are held to a higher standard.
Matthew 7:12
Jesus said in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law.
