Moving the needle forward.
Some days the needle is moving forward in family, some days in my marriage, some days in business, some days in myself.
Even rest is moving the needle.
It's allowing your body to decompress, integrate, feel.
It's building strength in sovereignty.

When I consider my life as just moving the needle forward where it needs to, it takes away the shame and guilt about what "should" be happening and bringing focus back into the present moment.

Tie is an illusion.
We are the creators of our time and our presence within it.
And if that is so, we can be present in full trust.
For all of what the day has for us.

I wanted to touch on the stereotype of meditation needing to be this clear minded, completely silent, long drawn out event. Meditation can take place in many forms, at many times in your day. In this episode we explore what sovereignty means and my personal experience on discovering my own. To be sovereign is to claim our own inner authority as valid and to live rooted from the truth inside you.

I shared some of my tools I have used to find my grounding, my center and the belief systems that align with my highest good. True self love. Grounding. Finding your center. Moving from love and compassion. Holding space for yourself and releasing any beliefs that no longer serve you.
