This week we’re talking about anxiety. There is so much uncertainty right now that for a lot of us we might be experiencing anxiety in a way we haven’t before. Anxiety is an emotion that none of us are exempt from but at what point does the emotion start turning into a potential issue for us? What thinking patterns could we be more mindful of? What can we do for ourselves to help with these thinking patterns? What could we implement to help ourselves deal with all of this uncertainty right now? These are all the questions we’re talking about in the latest episode – anxiety in a pandemic, it’s inevitable so it’s better for us to be in the know and figure out what is going to work best for us.
