I found something I wanted to share and it comes from Motivational Quotes (@motivational) and it’s something that adds to my strength and optimism here in the new year. “Remaining positive doesn’t mean you have to be happy all the time. It means that even on tough days, you hold onto the belief that better days are on the horizon.” This is something that has been a part of my mindset for a long time. However, I needed reminding of this fact as there are plenty of times I forget the second part as I wallow away in dealing with negativity at times. It helps remind me that I am the one that has a major say in creating better days in my life!! Again, with all the “noise” going on around all of us - this helps to add to my strength of realizing that I’m more in control of my life than the “noise makers” think they are. Thanks for listening.
