Episode 60: Part 2

On tonight's episode we are hanging out with Jaden Erbrick. Jaden is a friend of the family and recently came to Christ. He was brought up in a Christ6ian home, but battled many of the same issues that we all have faced in our adolescent lives.

The difference in when I was growing up and today, is the world is so much faster, So much more complex and technologically advanced. There is so much temptation out there today. It's hard for an adult to serve Christ, I can't imagine being a young adult or teen in today's society.

Jaden shares his testimony and how he came to Christ with us and, man I tell you what, it was so awesome to see the boldness and willingness to see a young person walk away from their own life into a new life with Christ.

We also dive into Matthew 24 and discuss the "signs of the times" and Jesus warnings of what to look for and how things will be in the last days before his return.

Episode 58: WHAT'S IN A NAME? Beyond the Ashes Episode w/ Wes & Marcus:

On this "Beyond the Ashes" episode Marcus & I hang out and discuss our current lives as well as the importance of a Name and why a title means so much in the Christian Church in 2025.

We find in ministry that so many people get hung up on being called Apostle, or Prophet or Pastor, first Lady, Sister Pastor, etc.... and get legit upset if you don't "honor" them with the title.

I mean, who gave them these titles? Did they go to school and work for them or did they feel the call of God on their lives and after a successful few years at ministry they decide to label themselves to sound important or above others.

In the bible people names or titles meant something. Even in todays standards we wouldn't call someone a doctor if they don't have a degree, yet within the church we feel these titles set us apart, when in fact, what it does is boost our egos and get us off course.

After all, isn't our whole goal in Christianity to be like Christ? To serve others more than ourselves? Not be recognized more than someone else?

We hope this opens people eyes to the fact that none of us in the body of Christ are favored more than anyone else, no matter what title we add to our given name.
