She specialises in decision debiasing strategies, corporate training, and behavioural insights consulting for the public and private sectors. She holds adjunct faculty positions in Behavioural Economics, is a member of the Alliance for Decision Education Steering Committee and has a passion for helping young professionals build confidence in their work decisions. She holds a PhD in Managerial Decision Sciences, MBA in Strategy, BSc in Math & Economics and is currently in pursuit of a post-doc in Behavioral Analysis.

    Chandra Osborn, PhD, MPH is the Chief Experience Officer at AdhereHealth, where she applies over 25 years of behavioral science expertise to improve member outcomes and advance health equity. A former tenure-track academic in medicine and biomedical informatics with more than 180 publications, Chandra brings deep experience as a behavioral designer, health psychologist, and scientist to her work. This is her third executive leadership role in industry, and she also serves as a consultant and advisor to healthcare and technology companies. At AdhereHealth, she leads the design of meaningful, data-driven experiences across members, prescribers, pharmacists, and health plans—integrating behavioral science into products, programs, and culture to drive engagement, satisfaction, and measurable impact.

    Jonathan Stahl, PhD is a psychologist, researcher, and data scientist who is passionate about using behavioral science and advanced analytics to effect change. He has spent a decade working with companies, from boutique consultancies to the Fortune 100, to drive new product innovation and data-based decision making. He is currently the Director of Business Insights, Core Personal Lines Strategy at Nationwide Insurance. Much of his work focuses on understanding customer attitudes and behaviors and improving consumer trust and engagement. Prior to joining Nationwide, he earned his doctorate in Psychology at The Ohio State University.
