    Scott Young is an independent advisor and educator whose expertise and passion lie in helping leaders and organizations to apply Behavioral Science effectively and ethically.

    Scott was most recently Head of Private Sector at Behavioral Insights Team (BIT), Americas. Earlier, he was at BVA Nudge Consulting and spent 20+ years leading Perception Research Services, a global shopper insights agency. Today, Scott is an Advisor and guest lecturer at the London School of Economics (LSE), the University of Pennsylvania's MBDS program, and the University of Chicago Booth’s Executive Education program in Behavioral Economics. He's also a Board Member of BeScy, a non-profit dedicated to promoting applied behavioral science, where he hosts a monthly Practitioners Group.
