In this episode, I talk about my upcoming book BROKEN OPEN and how this journey started as a young teen, I know! INTENSE! Anyway, since my teenage years, I’ve always made it my mission to comfort, console and extend love or companionship to those who were lonely, isolated and didn’t feel like they belonged. Broken Open is about growth and evolving. It’s about becoming undone by falsehoods, entering the process of purification and transformation, into EMANCIPATION.

As a woman in her thirties, it’s crazy to think that I’ve been “ON JOB” and in “PURPOSE” in parts, practically my whole life. I just didn’t FULLY recognise it or OWN it. The journey into Spirituality is actually the path of RADICAL ACCEPTANCE, LOVE, COMPASSION. GRATITUDE and GRACE. My upcoming book Broken Open highlights this and guides one more easily down the path of less resistance. I could go on and on about the how’s, whys and when’s but I’ve saved it all for my book and its release.
