A small group of Paramedics and Healthcare Professionals working at and supporting the University of Sunderland Paramedic Science and Out of Hospital Care degree program chat about their time on the road, experiences and general life in a healthcare scenario.

Aimed towards Student Paramedics, Qualified Paramedics and anyone who wants to listen to the chat.

This Podcast features John Bailey, Kate Snowdon, Owen Finney, Michael Hall, Natalie Bell as well as guests who are all Paramedics working mainly within the University of Sunderland as Paramedic lecturers.

  • Episode 14 What does being a Paramedic mean to you? Academics and Students

    The third episode of the second season of Another Paramedic Podcast, we talk to some students and Michael about the reasons we wanted to be a Paramedic, revisiting a theme from the beginning of the podcast. We also discuss advice to new students throughout the country beginning their journey and training this year and also a little freshers advice.

    We also discuss the students who have completed one, two or three years training as a Student Paramedic.

    We also talk to the new royalty of the Student Paramedic Society at the University of Sunderland.

    As well as many other services, the Samaritans phone lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are available in the UK on 116 123.
