Kasey James and The PlayList team had the opportunity to sit down after their show and interview The Black Lillies in Houston, TX at the Heights Theater. The Black Lillies band is comprised of Cruz Contreras (frontman), Sam Quinn (bass/vocals), Bowman Townsend (drums/songwriter), and Dustin Schaefer (electric guitar/vocals). "Four men. Four friends. Four artists, each of whom could rightly put out a solo record tomorrow, tied together by a bond to something that's greater than the sum of its parts." Their newest album just dropped this past September 2018 so make sure to give it a listen and show some love on all streaming platforms! Interview date: October 28, 2018.
