Monday, Sept 22 – Equinox Energy

We’ve just come out of the solar eclipse new moon in Virgo, and right away we hit the fall equinox as the Sun enters Libra. Big reset moment. Mars also shifts into Scorpio, which is one of its powerhouse signs — all about shapeshifting, regenerating, pushing through obstacles. The Libra equinox brings us into “scales” energy: weighing, balancing, deciding how to move forward wisely. It’s about discernment, not rash action.

Tuesday, Sept 23 – Void Moon Day

The moon goes void of course at 12:02pm, which can feel like a foggy day. Plans may not stick, people may not show, or things just don’t land how we thought they would. Best move: slow down, collect info, don’t force decisions. Inspiration may spark, but it’s wiser to write it down than rush ahead.

Wednesday, Sept 24 – Scorpio Moon Rising

At 5am the moon enters Scorpio and the energy deepens. This is where the week’s “juice” really kicks in. It can feel intense — push-pull dynamics, inner resistance, or power struggles — but when channeled, that energy becomes pure fuel. Great for research, breakthroughs, creative drive, and facing truths.

Thursday, Sept 25 – Supercharged Day

This is the week’s powerhouse. Once you push past any tension, the sky is wide open for productivity, transformation, and real movement. If you know your direction, this day can carry you forward with rocket fuel. Just remember to balance passion with discernment so you don’t get swept away by surface excitement or misinformation.

    Friday, Sept 26 – Two-Part Day

The moon stays in Scorpio until early afternoon (1:44pm void), then shifts into Sagittarius by 5:37pm. The morning is golden for solid, meaningful work — especially with people who matter to your goals. By evening, the mood lifts into Sag energy: adventurous, talkative, fun, maybe a little too impulsive. Surprises are possible, so stay flexible and pivot gracefully.

    Weekend, Sept 27–28 – Adapt & Explore

Plans may shift unexpectedly, but it’s not the end of the story — just a nudge to adjust. Outdoors adventures or anything that opens up fresh perspectives will feel especially good. Sag Moon wants us to explore, learn, laugh, and maybe wander into conversations that show us new possibilities.

    ✨ The Celestial Essence

This week is all about thresholds. We came through the solar eclipse new moon in Virgo and landed in the equinox doorway — that balancing point where light meets dark, and we ask ourselves how to move forward thoughtfully.

Early in the week, it’s better to pause, gather information, and avoid rash moves. But midweek? The Scorpio Moon kicks in and the energy gets deep, powerful, even transformative. Thursday especially is like rocket fuel if you know where you’re headed.

By Friday, get your solid work done early, then be ready to pivot into a Sag mood — playful, adventurous, and maybe a bit unpredictable. The weekend is for exploring, adjusting plans if needed, and staying open to fresh inspiration. The theme all week is balance and discernment: moving with intention, not reaction, and aligning our choices with the deeper direction we really want.

  • Solar Eclipse / Virgo New Moon 2025
    Sep 14 2025

This week really has a story arc to it, and you can feel Saturn’s presence weaving through the days, setting the tone as we move toward Saturday’s solar eclipse in Virgo. Here’s how it flows:

On Monday, the 15th, the Moon sits in Cancer, and Venus and Mars are having a beautiful conversation in the sky. It’s one of those days where connection feels easy — whether through food, creativity, or just enjoying someone’s company. There’s this nurturing vibe, a reminder of the sweetness of home and community.

Tuesday, the 16th, begins expansive and bright, with Moon–Jupiter energy lifting the morning. But by later in the day, you might notice frustrations creeping in — delays, tensions, or that sense of being stuck in traffic, literally or metaphorically. Still, those moments point to something useful. The challenge is: can you channel that heat into constructive action? Evening brings the chance to settle, share a meal, and restore yourself.

With the Moon in Leo on Wednesday and Thursday, courage and creativity are in the spotlight. Wednesday morning might feel heavy, with Saturn and Pluto stirring up resistance. But intention-setting the night before helps you meet those blocks with clarity. These are days to act with love even when fear is present. By Thursday afternoon and evening, the air gets hazier — confusion, mixed messages — so it’s best to keep things flexible.

Friday, the 19th, carries a sense of urgency — like you just want to clear your desk. The Moon goes void in the morning and then shifts into Virgo, preparing the ground for the eclipse. It’s a day for tying up loose ends and moving gently into reflection.

Then comes Saturday, the 20th, the New Moon Solar Eclipse at 29 degrees Virgo. This is the pivot point. Eclipses bring rapid change, and this one speaks to health, communication, and close relationships. Its opposition to Saturn in Pisces is a clear call: step into your authority, soften perfectionism, and honor discipline without letting the inner critic run wild. There’s a beautiful synchronicity here — it falls on the International Day of Peace, inviting us to cultivate peace within so we can extend it outward.

By Sunday evening, the Moon slips into Libra, softening the edges of the week. Balance, harmony, and connection flow back in, offering a gentler landing after the intensity of eclipse energy. It feels like a breath — a reminder to step into the new cycle with grace.

  • In Between Eclipses
    Sep 7 2025

    Weekly Highlights: September 8–14, 2025

We begin this week still under the potent influence of the eclipse cycle. If you tuned into this past weekend’s eclipse energy, you may already feel the push to crystallize decisions, release what’s no longer needed, and prepare for the acceleration that leads us toward the next new moon eclipse in a couple of weeks. This waning phase is about clearing space so we don’t drag unnecessary baggage into the next chapter.

These are pivotal times. Many forces in the outer world may want us frozen, confused, or stuck. But our best strategy is to actualize—to claim our agency and align with the emotional and spiritual intelligence that drives true change.

    Monday, September 8

    * Morning: The Moon in Pisces conjuncts Saturn (1:44 p.m. ET). Use this time for clarity—what needs to be finished? Pisces can feel hazy or hypnotic, but it also heightens sensitivity and resonance. Listen closely—to sound, to intuition, to subtle cues.

    * Afternoon: Moon void-of-course 1:44–2:37 p.m. ET. Use this lull to tidy up, complete, or simply pause.

    * 2:37 p.m. ET onward: Moon enters Aries. Energy shifts fast—expect urgency, fiery drive, and the potential for frustration if you or others push too hard. Pace yourself.

💡 Alert: Notice where frustration or urgency arises. That fire is useful fuel if directed inward for self-awareness and outward with care.

    Tuesday, September 9

Aries Moon continues to drive things forward. Strong emotions and quick reactions are likely. Frustration, anger, or territorial energy may surface.💡 Alert: Don’t sidestep conversations. Use this fiery push to clarify boundaries, resolve conflicts, or initiate needed changes.

    Wednesday, September 10

    * 2:54 a.m.–4:03 p.m. ET: Aries Moon void-of-course. Not a great day for launches, but excellent for discharging excess energy. Errands, exercise, and wrapping up tasks are favored.

    * 4:03 p.m. ET onward: Moon enters Taurus. Evening brings grounding, comfort, and productivity. Plan ahead (meals, logistics) to avoid unnecessary friction.

Soothe: After 7 p.m. ET, settle into cozy productivity—creative work, reading, cuddling, or anything that restores your body and spirit.

    Thursday, September 11

Taurus Moon provides fertile ground for productivity. The Sun sextile Jupiter adds light and momentum. Some plans may need adjusting—don’t cling rigidly. Flexibility brings unexpected gifts.

💡 Alert: Notice when resistance arises if things don’t go “as planned.” Often, what comes instead is even better.

    Friday, September 12

Another rich Taurus Moon day. By late afternoon:

    * 4:14 p.m. ET: Moon goes void-of-course.

    * 5:38 p.m. ET: Moon enters Gemini.

Friday night brings a buzzing, lively, even overstimulated energy—great for networking, gathering, or diving into stimulating conversations.

💡 Alert: Watch your information intake. Discern what’s useful from what’s distracting.

    Saturday, September 13

Gemini Moon keeps things lively. Fun, social, and mentally stimulating, but also scattered. Writers, communicators, and networkers thrive.

💡 Alert: Edit carefully—your words matter. Don’t get lost in the noise.

    Sunday, September 14

    * 6:46 p.m. ET: Moon void-of-course.

    * A good day to sift through information, conversations, and impressions from the weekend. Notice what sticks, and let the rest go.

    Week’s Essence

We’re in the eclipse tunnel—shadows and light playing tricks, but also offering awakening moments. The more we pace ourselves, listen deeply, and discern wisely, the more we move through this week with creative momentum and grounded clarity.

  • Lunar Eclipse / Pisces Full Moon 2025
    Aug 31 2025

    Astrology for the Week Ahead

We’re building toward a powerful full moon lunar eclipse at the end of this week. The days leading up to it carry a mix of productivity, reflection, and opportunities for deep connection.

    September 1, 2025 — Monday

The week begins with the moon in Sagittarius, opening us to exploration, learning, and possibility. In the very early morning (4:07 a.m. ET), Saturn retrogrades back into Pisces, pulling us into reflection. We’ve had a little preview of Saturn in Aries, but now we’re reviewing lessons from the past 2–3 years in Pisces.

Notice where Aries and Pisces fall in your chart—this retrograde may stir memories of that Saturn-in-Pisces cycle. Collectively, themes around finance, structures, and decision-making are up for review.

By evening, the moon shifts into Capricorn (9:45 p.m. ET), and the tone becomes more focused, practical, and productive. If Monday felt scattered, this evening is perfect for planning your week and setting clear goals.

    September 2, 2025 — Tuesday

The Capricorn moon sets a steady, “let’s build” tone. This is one of the most productive days of the week—perfect for clearing clutter, advancing projects, and creating a sense of alignment.

You don’t need to overextend; simply leaning into steady progress will feel deeply satisfying. By evening, you may have that rare and lovely sense of yes, I really accomplished something today.

    September 3, 2025 — Wednesday

The Capricorn moon continues, fueling productivity—but the morning may start with crankiness or friction. If someone wants to pick a fight, don’t take the bait; the energy will smooth out by mid-morning.

The rest of the day supports alignment and focus. Be mindful not to overschedule. You might need space for a meeting or conversation to go longer than expected—and that could be a gift, leading to deeper progress or surprising opportunities.

    September 4, 2025 — Thursday

The day begins with a beautiful invitation: wake up with meditation, reflection, or intention-setting. At 6:32 a.m. ET, the moon enters Aquarius, bringing strong networking and collaboration energy.

Expect conversations—whether casual or planned—to spark ideas and open doors. These aren’t just inspiring chats; they can lead to real action steps, commitments, or plans. It’s a fantastic day for connecting with people who share your vision.

    Friday

The Aquarius moon continues, carrying forward Thursday’s energy of collaboration and action. This is another strong day for meetings, networking, and building momentum—especially in the morning.

At 1:51 p.m. ET, the moon goes void of course for the rest of the day. That means the afternoon is better suited for tying up loose ends or flowing with whatever comes, rather than starting big new things.

    Saturday

Early Saturday morning, Uranus stations retrograde (12:51 a.m. ET), joining Saturn in reflection mode. This brings another layer of review energy, especially around sudden shifts and innovations from the past.

At 11:54 a.m. ET, the moon enters Pisces, creating a softer, restorative weekend vibe. The early part of the day may feel restless or overcharged—especially for air and fire signs. But by mid-afternoon, the energy settles into something deeply sweet: music, creativity, meditation, prayer, time in nature, or simply enjoying beauty.

    Sunday

Here comes the big event: the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse at 2:09 p.m. ET.

This eclipse brings structure and asks us to ground our creative visions into real form. It’s not just about dreaming—it’s about finding practical ways to embody connection, compassion, and healing.

Ask yourself: What can I do, in concrete terms, to bring more love and connection into my world? Even small, subtle actions matter. The collective is hungry for this energy. While we can’t control world leaders or rigid systems, we can hold space, meditate, and contribute softness and compassion in our own way.

Essence: From reflection and productivity to collaboration, restoration, and finally, the powerful release and grounding of the lunar eclipse.

  • Anticipation — but for what?
    Aug 24 2025

This week feels like a big buildup. Saturn will retrograde back into Pisces next week, and that shift signals another period of rethinking and reassessing. There’s also a lunar eclipse and full moon coming up, which adds to the sense of anticipation.

Saturn in Aries has been all about forging new paths and bold leadership, but now with Pluto in Aquarius emphasizing collaboration, there’s tension—people want strong direction, but many are uneasy with top-down control. As Saturn dips back into Pisces, collective second thoughts, a “buyer’s remorse” may escalate for some about the direction things are headed.

Early in the week, the Libra moon supports conversations, negotiations, and balance. It’s good energy for smoothing things over, there is a possibility for confusion —clarity is key. Venus in Leo comes in to ignite creativity, romance, and passion, making Monday and Tuesday especially vibrant for connections, playfulness, and even magnetic encounters.

By midweek, the energy shifts. The void-of-course moon and then the Moon in Scorpio calls in an intensity to push us inward. These days feel more therapeutic, like the right time to dig deeper, reflect, and work through puzzles or challenges. It’s not about quick fixes—it’s about uncovering truth, step by step.

As we move toward the weekend, Sagittarius energy fires things up again. It’s a perfect moment for seeking, adventuring, and releasing energy outdoors. But Uranus throws in a curveball—unexpected detours or surprises may surface. How we respond to the disruptions matters more than the disruptions themselves.

And then there’s the bigger picture: Pluto in Aquarius continues its long transformation of systems and society. Change is unavoidable, even if we resist it. Our challenge, is to meet it consciously—see how these shifts can help us evolve individually and collectively.

  • Virgo New Moon 2025
    Aug 17 2025
How to Prepare for the Week of August 18thThe week beginning August 18th is, in my view, highly productive for those of us who want to zero in, concentrate, and wrap up tasks already in motion. Ideally, all of us are practicing some form of daily centering — this is essential now, when we’re bombarded by distraction, constant newsfeeds, and the accelerated pace of life on the planet. Make no mistake: the speed-up is real. We are at a threshold of human acceleration — ideally evolution — but that can unfold in many ways, including derailment.People sense change, and not just the usual kinds of life change that stress us — moving, career shifts, new roles. This is deeper: life-as-we-know-it change. Understandably, this brings anxiety, grief, and uncertainty. For younger generations, chaos and rapid change is all they’ve ever known, while those of us with decades behind us can compare today’s upheaval to earlier, steadier times. The gift in this moment is generational exchange — tapping into curiosity and resilience from youth, while drawing on perspective and wisdom from age.Astrologically, we’re in the waning moon cycle, moving toward Saturday’s new moon. This is a time to clear space, reset, and prepare for fresh intentions. The image that comes to me is the wave rushing up the shore, carrying some things away while leaving treasures — shells, stones, tokens of value — for us to gather. The question is: what do we keep, and what do we release to the sea?Monday, August 18The day begins with the Gemini Moon, which goes void-of-course at 7:53 a.m. (ET) and stays void until 3:05 p.m., when it enters Cancer. If you have important emails, calls, or communications, send them out the night before or early morning. Once the void begins, focus on tying up loose ends rather than launching something new. This is excellent “clear your desk” energy.By late afternoon, as the Moon shifts into Cancer, we may encounter resistance or doubt: is my plan working? Saturn and Neptune’s influence can make things feel both dissolving and demanding at once — structures wobbling under shifting ground. The lesson: trust. Even when it feels as though everything is dissolving, support can appear. As Mr. Rogers said, “look for the helpers.”By evening, emotions lighten somewhat, though frustration may bubble up. Dreams may carry that energy — a form of release.Tuesday, August 19A beautiful, creative, heart-opening day. In the early evening, the Moon connects with Jupiter, offering a surge of positivity, love, and beauty. Step into nature, treat yourself with gentleness, and open to joy. Self-love is the foundation of all love.Wednesday, August 20The Moon goes void-of-course at 8:27 a.m. (ET) and doesn’t enter Leo until 7:17 p.m. It’s a long void day, but because the Moon is in her home sign (Cancer), we can still tap emotional intelligence, intuition, and sensitivity. This isn’t the time for analytical logic — instead, listen deeply and allow.By evening, when the Moon moves into Leo, energy sparks alive — creative, theatrical, dynamic. Be mindful of power struggles as Moon opposes Pluto: heightened energy can turn into drama. The key: keep communication clear and focused. Used well, this is a powerhouse for creativity and breakthrough insight.Thursday, August 21 – Friday, August 22Thursday’s Leo Moon hums with vitality until mid-afternoon when it goes void at 2:13 p.m. (ET) — and then stays void through all of Friday. Expect excitement, exuberance, and yes, drama. Avoid contracts or promises that feel inflated. Instead, use this energy to play, create, and stay inspired. Resist being pulled into someone else’s theatrics.Practical advice: channel the Leo spark into something joyful — paint, garden, play with children, or dive into a passion project. If you’re at work, lighten the load with humor, creativity, or connection.Saturday, August 23 – Sunday, August 24 - The Virgo New MoonThe Moon enters Virgo at 1:24 a.m. (ET), with the New Moon exact at 2:07 a.m. This lunation is particularly well-aspected for healing, practical beginnings, and routines that support well-being. Virgo energy knows how to work with the tools at hand, assess what’s useful, and create order from chaos. This is the perfect time to start a health routine, commit to wellness practices, or set intentions around projects that require steady focus and refinement. Think of this new moon as a fresh slate, a chance to reset and move forward with clarity and care.✨ Essence: This week favors clearing, centering, and preparing. Use the void periods to release clutter, the Cancer Moon to listen and nurture, the Leo Moon to play and create, and the Virgo New Moon to set grounded intentions. Trust the process, trust yourself, and remember: change is inevitable — and can seed evolution.Complete forecast: listen to the podcastFor people in the news and long view perspective: Get full access to Pamela’s ...

  • Full Moon in Aquarius 2025
    Aug 3 2025

Astrology for the Week of August 4–10, 2025

This week builds toward a fiery full Moon in Aquarius on Saturday—but the road there is full of stops, starts, and detours. Mercury is still retrograde (direct next week), and we have several long void-of-course Moons. Translation: prioritize what matters most and expect to adapt.

    Key themes:

    * Waxing Moon energy → momentum is building, but not smoothly.

    * Mercury retrograde → double-check details, confirm plans, slow your roll.

    * Mars moves into Libra → more air + fire in the mix = faster-moving ideas and interactions.

    * Long void-of-course Moons → perfect for tying up loose ends, clearing clutter, and refining plans rather than starting big new things.

Monday–TuesdaySagittarius Moon fuels inspiration and adaptability. New options may tempt you, but hold your focus. Tuesday brings practical Capricorn energy—ideal for structure and follow-through. Watch for missing details or unexpected requirements.

Wednesday–ThursdayLong void-of-course Moons = less push, more prep. Use the downtime to organize, edit, or clear the decks. Mars enters Libra Wednesday night, sparking ideas—great for brainstorming, but take care with communication.

FridayAquarius Moon meets Pluto: deep dreams, big insights, creative surges. Mars forms a rare grand trine in air signs—ideas can fly. Channel this energy constructively; it’s powerful.

Saturday – Full Moon in AquariusFull Moon at 17° Aquarius, illuminating how you shine within the collective. Express your truth. Gather with like-minded people. This is not a day to push business deals—focus on connection and resonance.

SundayPisces Moon brings a gentle, inspired close to the week. Connect with nature, water, and people who nourish your spirit. Follow through on dreams and creative threads from earlier in the week.

Essence: This week rewards flexibility, clear priorities, and capturing ideas as they come. By the weekend, inspiration is high—make space for it.
