In Part 2 of our Demesmin & Dover series, we shift from the origin story to the real build — how they grew a law firm from survival mode into a multi-office operation.

the most powerful moment isn’t about revenue — it’s about impact:
They share the moment they realized they were truly successful… when they bought an employee a car and presented it in front of the entire staff — because “success was that you’re in a position where you can bless other people.

    They also talk about:

    • Delayed gratification in business
    • Why culture beats productivity
    • Why “money will come if you become the best”
    • How fear holds people back from starting
    • Why legacy matters more than material success

In Part 1 of our Demesmin & Dover series, we’re not starting with wins — we’re starting with the real story.

Jeremy shares what it was like growing up with a mom on disability and a father battling a drinking problem, then experiencing a life-altering medical emergency where, in his words, “you died… they had to shock you back.” He also opens up about losing his mother three days after graduation, arriving in Miami with no money, and being “homeless technically for a month in law school.”

Vic’s background is different — raised in a Haitian household where education mattered, and a father who was constantly pivoting as industries changed: travel agency → real estate → insurance → mortgage. That adaptability became a mindset: “no matter what, we’re always going to find a solution.”

And then — the moment that ties it together: they meet in court, and what starts as a joke turns into a partnership that would eventually become Demesmin & Dover.

Attractive Mindset (Season 4) is a 2-part story series:
Part 1: The background story — who they were before success
Part 2: The current them — how they flourished and scaled

Watch Part 2 next week for the business gems: how they started, scaled, and built Demesmin & Dover through real adversity.

Part 2 of Lisa’s story is the rebuild.

At 31, Lisa moved to Florida with three kids, a one-bedroom, and nothing but determination. She went back to school, earned a degree in Criminal Justice & Homeland Security, and even worked a risky job on armored trucks—until she realized she couldn’t keep risking her life.

Then COVID hit. Lisa got furloughed, her income dropped, and she had to dig into savings just to survive. Instead of staying stuck, she pivoted into entrepreneurship—learning Amazon FBA, building systems, and reaching six figures… until a business partnership betrayal nearly wiped it all out.

That’s when “Just Lisa” was born.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    - What Lisa did immediately after hitting rock bottom
    - Why she left a high-risk job (armored trucks)
    - How COVID forced a major pivot
    - The truth about partnership betrayal & business protection
    - How Lisa rebuilt and turned survival into a scalable business
    - Her message to women rebuilding after heartbreak, setbacks, and being taken advantage of

Now Lisa helps entrepreneurs with business structure, capital access, credit, and funding strategies—and shares a real message for anyone who feels behind: you have time, and you can rebuild.
