The heart energy center is the bridge between the spiritual and physical realms. It is where energy begins and how you hold on to the energy within this center depends on how it flows to and through the other Chakras. In this session we will connect to your heart energy center and bring it into a higher vibrational state known as love. Love is the energy that creates the world we desire. It guides us to the abundance that is already within us.
