Through her organisations Tola Andu Foundation (TAF Cares) and The Sistahood Co, she provides valuable resources such as free therapy, educational resources and community support to families raising children with special needs.
Her efforts earned her an Inspirational Woman of the Year award in 2024 and Humanitarian Services Award from the Nigerian Association of Special Education Teachers (2023).
