Vince Noyce is a former Naval commander who now owns and operates the first rum distillery in Portsmouth on the south coast of the U.K. As a creative type, Vince has circumnavigated the globe, started "the Rum Club" and by his own admission is the least military Naval officer.

Today he runs his company from an 18th century fort on Portsea Island, an Historic England property.
