Hey there Tippers! Exciting news…We are both officially certified yoga teachers and maybe you’ll see our own Yoga Studio in a couple years. Today we are talking about energy. More specifically, being aware of the type of energy you are giving off to other people and the energy you are receiving. Bad energy can bring both you and those around you down and even though everyone battles through adversity in their own way, you must keep a positive mindset. It’s ok to cry and even hit the reset button but you must bounce back and overcome what’s effecting you.
