    Can our animal friends help us heal from things like grief and anxiety ? If you haven’t heard of equine therapy or healing with horses- it’s actually been around for centuries. Horses have been utilized as a therapeutic aid since the ancient Greeks used them for those people who had incurable illnesses. Its earliest recorded mention is in the writings of Hippocrates who discussed the therapeutic value of riding. Today we are going to learn more about the idea of healing with horses.
