I found her through another creator on TikTok and the purpose behind her genius idea of a journal is to help mothers through the postpartum phase of motherhood by having a tool to encourage moms to practice self care, checkin with themselves and have an outlet outside of medication and therapy to help with everyday life in parenthood.
