🔹 Practice:

  • sto złotych = 100 zł

  • dwieście kilometrów = 200 km

📍 Part 2: Talking About Distance Vocabulary:

  • blisko – close

  • niedaleko – not far

  • daleko – far

  • bardzo daleko – very far

Example Sentences:

  • Lublin jest blisko. (Lublin is close.)

  • Kraków jest niedaleko. (Kraków is not far.)

  • Zakopane jest daleko. (Zakopane is far.)

  • Gdańsk jest bardzo daleko. (Gdańsk is very far.)

  • ile kosztuje? – how much does it cost?

  • drogo – expensive

  • bardzo drogo – very expensive

Examples:

  • Kawa kosztuje sto złotych. To bardzo drogo. (Coffee costs 100 zł. That's very expensive.)

  • Ile kosztuje hotel w Harare? (How much is the hotel in Harare?) → trzysta złotych

  • Czy to drogo? (Is it expensive?) → Tak, bardzo drogo.
