    आँखों में क़ैद अधूरे ख़्वाब

    मुझे लिखना है एक प्यार। एक दर्द…वो दर्द जो दिल से आँखों तक नहीं…आँखों से होकर दिल में उतरता है।

    ऐसा दर्द जो आँसू बनकर बाहर नहीं आता,दिल में धड़कन बनकर धड़कता है।जिसे रोज़ धड़कते हुए सुनना,उसको महसूस करना…
    चाहकर उसे बाहर लानाऔर चाहो और फिर उसे अब अपना लो…
    उसके साथ ज़िंदगी जीने लगो।


    आँखें दिल के अंदर का वो दर्द पढ़ रही हैं
    जो पढ़कर आँसुओं का एक सैलाब आए।
    दिल के अंदर की गरमाहट
    और आँखों के अंदर के अधूरे ख़्वाब
    जब एक साथ मिलते हैं
    तो दर्द छलकता है।

    एक नग़मा इतना गहरा
    कि वो दिल की हर एक धड़कन तक पहुँचे…
    आँखों के हर एक ख़्वाब तक महसूस हो…
    हर एक दर्द जो गहरा है,जो छलकना चाहता है,
    जो छलक नहीं पा रहा,
    वो मजबूर हो बाहर आने के लिए।
