  • Episode 4 - What is Breathwork?
    Jun 13 2025

In this episode, I will explore and explain the different categories of breathwork. Think of it as a sliding scale with varying breaths per minute. There's breathing retraining (0-4bpm), meditative breathing (4-8bpm), normal breathing range (8-12bpm), performance breathing (12-25bpm), and last but not least the magical breakthrough breathwork (25-75bpm). I go in depth on each category and there is SO much knowledge I drop, you won't want to skip this episode!

  • Episode 3 - The Magic of Breathwork
    May 29 2025

What if just a few slow exhales could change everything?

In this episode of Breath of Life, I take you inside the science and soul of breathwork. We explore the powerful role of CO2 in regulating your nervous system and how your breath serves as the bridge between chaos and calm. You'll learn how breath affects your physiology on a cellular level… but more than that, you'll hear the story of how it saved me.

From spiraling in panic to grounding in presence, I share the personal moment that showed me just how powerful a few slow exhales can be, and why I believe your breath is the most underrated medicine you carry.
