À propos de cet audio

Everyone has cousins and play cousins, on that road we’re all family.

We’re Cadence Cousins

In this thing of ours, you’re not just sharing the road… We share a struggle, share effort, build trust! Nobody cares where you’re from or what you do, it’s just us, our bikes and the road. And that thing that silences all the other noise

The cadence

Everybody finds the beat and we refuse to lose it. Family ain’t always blood, it’s who you choose, week after week and mile for mile. It’s about connection and community.
It’s about the rhythm that keeps us together.

We are Cadence Cousins

Welcome to the family!

The #1 SAG in the world, BK Buddha, stopped by to have a conversation with us, press play!

We talk about life, yoga, cycling and family. Certainly a pod for the books, our Cadence Cousin Quiyah also stopped by and joined in on this conversation. The atmosphere had it's own ebb and flow, we laughed and some of us almost shed a little tear, when you're with family then the raw conversations happen!

Check out Sakina's new book, called Ebb and Flow
