A notorious bikie who is a key witness at the inquest into the disappearance of Lisa Govan breaks his silence over the 26-year cold case mystery. Club Deroe elder Andrew Wayne Edhouse told the Coroner’s Court about what he remembers of the morning in 1999 when she vanished.
