À propos de cet audio
In this episode, Roger discusses certificates of need and how this government process affects rural communities in Kentucky. He will highlight some of the pros and cons of the CON process, offer suggestions for improvement, including outright repeal of the CON process to increase competition and individual choice. In addition, he addresses recent activities by the Pike County Judge-Executive, former State Senator Ray S. Jones, II, and asks questions as to while he failed to act on the CON process in his 20+ years in the General Assembly when he would have the power to do so more effectively.
