À propos de cet audio

Coming Into Focus is a podcast about life, how we choose to live it, and how we choose to age. Through heartfelt conversations and powerful stories, we explore what it means to release what no longer serves us, honor where we’ve been, and step fully into who we are meant to be.

This is a space for truth, grace, wisdom, and becoming, where we shift the dialogue around aging and remember that every chapter holds purpose, beauty, and possibility. Because when we share our stories, we help each other come into focus.

  • Ep 10: Soul Sisters,The Women Who Live in Our Soul
    Feb 5 2026

In this solo episode of Coming into Focus, I’m reflecting on the idea of soul sisters, the women we choose, the women who live in our soul, and the friendships that help shape who we are.

Soul sisters are the women who walk beside us, support us, carry us when we need it most, and remind us of our strength. They are an integral part of being a woman and of moving through life in a deeply connected way.

In this episode, I also explore the friendships that come in and out of our lives. Some relationships are meant to last a lifetime, while others are soul contracts that gently come to an end once their purpose has been fulfilled. We talk about how to hold love and compassion for those connections, even when they no longer fit, and how to honor what they offered us along the way.

At the heart of this conversation is the importance of women coming together, supporting one another, lifting each other up, and helping one another rise. This episode is a celebration of friendship, of soul sisters, and of just how fortunate we are to be women, especially when we walk this journey together.
