He brings deep expertise in business retention and attraction, public-private partnerships, and talent development, driving sustainable economic growth at both local and regional levels. Recognized as one of North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers by Consultant Connect, Bo holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado.
