They discuss the show’s creative origins, unique post-psychedelic rock music style, and their grassroots efforts to stage a premiere in Brookings under the direction of Jason Liddell. Their goal is to record the performance for a documentary, “Brookings to Broadway,” to attract investors and eventually bring the production to Broadway. Despite operating on a shoestring budget, the creators emphasize passion, collaboration, and the importance of supporting the arts.
