Key pieces of the story of Canaveral previously hidden reveal themselves. One last killing on the campus bring everything together and brings the day that was promised long ago to fruition.

Mary is confined to the cage as Mr. Simon continues to look for the key evidence he needs to have her put to death. The students work through their chores as Peter grapples with this decision. Sister Theresa makes an unusual declaration.

Mr. Simon gets a harsh scolding and a deadline to find the killer. Judah is approached with a surprising offer from the headmaster. The students all attend Career Day to determine what they might want to do after Canaveral, when a sudden incident causes some mayhem.

Mr. Simon, the zealot, arrives on Canaveral's campus. Peter and Mary both reflect on what changed the course of their lives and brought them to Canaveral. Mr. Simon and Ms. Jayme antagonize the girls, uprooting all of Mary's hard work to shield them from the cruelty of the academy.

Headmaster Peter leaves no stone unturned in his investigation to find the killer of Mr. Jim, even going as far as to interrogate student officer Mary. The staff remains sharply divided about who they believe the killer to be, and the students speculate about it during lunch. Before anything can get close to settled, another tragedy strikes.

On the campus of Canaveral Academy for Challenged Youth, a Christian rehabilitative school for delinquents, things are less Christ-like than they would like you to believe. Students face harsh and unfair punishment that seems closer to abuse than justice. On Arrival Day, a grisly crime shakes the campus to its core.

Good news. My dispute with the voice actor is over. Though, I heard him grumbling something about things being unfair as he tapped his fingers. Not sure what that was about.
