EPISODE 6: Welcome to another episode of Pretty Perspectives! I have for you guys, an awesome interview with Devon Hawley, a loan officer with PRMG. As a woman in business, I found a lot of value in our discussions about our career. Not only is Devon a super sweet, awesome loan officer, she is a hard working, single mom, who is passionate about helping others. We dive a little into her favorite loan program by CalHFA called the Forgivable Equity Builder Loan Program, where buyers get free 10% assistance on their down payment. CalHFA also has a VA program, so my veterans stay tuned for the information on that to come.
