À propos de cet audio
On this episode of Counsel’s Table Podcast we continue the discussion with Robert Clark. The episode starts where we left off on DUIs. We delve into wet labs, the magic black box also known as a breathalyzer, field sobriety exercises, and some basic trial strategies. The episode turns to a discussion on a federal lawsuit out of the Middle District of Florida. The lawsuit named Taylor et. al v. Nocco concerns a group of familes suing the Sheriff of a Florida county claiming that “intelligence lead policing” tactics resulted in Unconstiutional actions by the named sheriff’s office. Sounds very “minority report”.Thank you for listening. Like and Subscribe, follow the podcast wherever you get your podcast.
