À propos de cet audio
Welcome! This is the third episode of Daring Deeds and Doers, where I give the deeds, and let you try to guess the doer!
In this episode we discuss a scientist whose work impacted medicine, physics, and chemistry. What she did in her life, would have taken anyone else many lifetimes. She fought misogyny and xenophobia while pursuing groundbreaking work. She had real honor to her craft by turning down many awards and donating almost all award money she had earned. At one point she even tried to donate her gold Nobel Prizes to aid the country that marginalized her.
Be sure to reach out to my socials below and let me know if you loved it, hated it, or to tell me how I messed up!
Please pardon the weird mixing issues, I'm using a new audio recording and editing software. :)
