The Australian Open tennis tournament was largely dominated by the seeded players, with most of the top ten comfortably winning their early matches to advance to the quarter-finals and beyond. As a result, there were a few upsets. However, the tournament took an exciting turn on Men's semi-final day, featuring two remarkable matches that lasted a combined total of 10 hours. The finals for both the men's and women's events were also of a high standard. Peter Johnston, a well-known tennis tournament director and leading commentator, joins Dan Lonergan on Dashing Dan Sporting Adventures, presented by Kiss Professional Solutions, to discuss the tournament.

Dwayne Russell former footballer with Port Adelaide Magpies and Geelong in the AFL has had a wonderful media career for more than 30 years as an esteemed sports broadcaster and commentator, particularly in football.

He has also had a passion for writing and has just written his first novel a thriller called Killing for Sport.
