  • Faithfulness and Character in Suffering | The Beauty of Belief
    Nov 17 2025

In this powerful message from Pastor Grant Hagan, we explore Ruth chapter 3 and what it reveals about faithfulness, integrity, and God’s providence. How should Christians respond when tempted to manipulate situations or use others for personal gain? What does true faithfulness look like when life is hard and no one is watching?

Through the example of Ruth and Boaz, we learn that godly character is shown in quiet obedience, sacrificial choices, and unwavering trust in God's plan. Pastor Grant challenges us to live with integrity even when it’s difficult, just as Christ remained faithful through suffering for our sake.

Join us this Sunday as we worship together and are strengthened by God's Word. We also joyfully welcome the DSA 3rd graders and their families, who will sing and celebrate with us in worship.

Not by Chance: God’s Hidden Hand in Ruth’s Story | The Beauty of Belief

Life doesn’t always go as planned—but that doesn’t mean God isn’t at work. In this week’s message from The Beauty of Belief series, we explore the powerful story of Ruth and Boaz and discover how God’s providence works quietly through our ordinary moments.

Ruth and Naomi faced deep grief and loss, yet God was faithfully present every step of the way. When Ruth stepped forward in faith and Boaz responded with kindness, their lives became a living picture of grace, redemption, and divine purpose.

    In Christ Alone | Reformation

This Sunday in the English service we welcome Pastor Jonathan Kangongo (Musumenu’s Dad!) from Lusaka, Zambia as our special guest preacher. Pastor Kangongo’s ministry in Zambia includes working as a pastor for a congregation and two schools with hundreds of students where they provide food, Christian education, and the love of Christ to many children who are orphans.

In our special service this Sunday, we will celebrate the joy of the Reformation and the wonderful partnerships we have with our global church body–the WELS, which is celebrating 175 years of working together to share the gospel with the world.

In the bilingual service on Saturday evening as well the Spanish service on Sunday morning, Pastor Steve will be beginning our Ruth series. We’ll jump into that series next Sunday also in the English service. But this week, I invite you to join me this Sunday morning at 9:30 am for a special Reformation message and songs under the theme - In Christ Alone.

  • It's all about your performance | Satan's Sleight of Hand

It's all about your performance | Satan's Sleight of Hand
Grace, Not Performance: Freedom in Christ – Romans 3:19–28

This Sunday at Divine Savior Church Doral (9:30 a.m.), Pastor Caleb concludes our impactful series, “Satan’s Sleight of Hand,” with a message that hits close to home: “It’s all about your performance.”

Everywhere we turn—school, work, relationships, social media, even inside the church—we feel the pressure to perform, to prove our worth, to measure up. But that’s one of the oldest lies of the enemy. The truth of the Gospel sets us free: our worth isn’t determined by what we do but by what Christ has done for us.

In Romans 3:19–28, the Apostle Paul reminds us that righteousness is not something we earn, but something we receive. Through Christ’s finished work on the cross, we are declared righteous, forgiven, and loved — not because of our performance, but because of His perfect grace.

Come and experience the assurance of God’s grace through His Word and Sacrament. Find rest for your soul, freedom from guilt, and the deep joy of knowing your identity is secure in Jesus Christ.

✨ Join us in person or online — as we close out “Satan’s Sleight of Hand” with a message that will help you let go of striving and rest in God’s amazing grace.

    Service Times:
    Saturday 5pm (Bilingual)

That Sin Can’t Be Forgiven (?) | Satan’s Sleight of Hand

One of Satan’s most damaging lies is this: “God could never forgive that.” In this message from our series Satan’s Sleight of Hand, we look at how guilt, shame, and self-condemnation can trap us in hopelessness.

This weekend, guest preacher Missionary Zach Satorius opens up the tragic story of Judas Iscariot—a man who walked with Jesus but believed the lie that his sin was too great to be forgiven. His story shows us the danger of unresolved guilt and the desperate need we all have for self-forgiveness rooted in Christ’s mercy.

  • Religion does not belong in the Workplace
    Sep 28 2025

Religion Doesn’t Belong in the Workplace

Modern Americans are used to keeping faith private. But if the good news truly changes life, how private can it be before we imply it isn’t that life‑changing? This Sunday we’ll look at Daniel’s quiet stand in Babylon and at Jesus’ call to be salt and light. We’ll see that faith was never meant to be hidden — it’s meant to overflow into our words, our relationships, and… our work.

Whether you're feeling disconnected, longing for deeper connection, or simply curious about what the Bible says about community—this message is for you.
