That's just one of the cool things we learned when we visited Stonehaus Farms Winery, a family-owned winery and vineyard in Lee's Summit, MO. We got to try their Apple Cranberry, Vignoles, and the Cynthiana, a dry red that we immediately knew we needed a bottle of to take home.

We reminisce on our belated St. Paddy’s Day celebration there – or what we can remember of it, at least – and taste their Jackson County Common Lager.
