Hey Blue Devils, it's Jenny with your Campus Update for November 17 through November 24. Let's get you set for the week—fast. First up—the flu vaccination compliance deadline is Tuesday, November 18. Make sure you've received your shot to stay healthy and meet university requirements. Next—the CEE Seminar titled "The Brain in Motion: Measurements of Brain Mechanical Behavior in Vivo by MRI" is happening today, November 17, at noon. Don't miss out on this insightful event. Over the weekend, our women's soccer team dominated Elon Phoenix with a 3-0 victory on Saturday, November 15. This win solidifies our strong standing in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Looking ahead, the football team is gearing up for the annual Victory Bell game against North Carolina on Saturday, November 22, in Chapel Hill. Let's show our support and bring the bell back home! Today, November 17, the Atlantic Worlds@Duke Workshop presents "The Garveyite Art of Eloquence" by Adom Getachew at 11:45 a.m. in Classroom Building 229. It's a must-attend for history enthusiasts. Also, the Rudnick Lecture features Arie Dubnov discussing "Writing the History of Israel: Past, Present and Future" at 5:30 p.m. in Smith Warehouse. For a midweek treat, check out the food trucks lined up on Science Drive every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.—perfect for a quick and delicious lunch. This week in Durham, expect a mix of sun and clouds with temperatures ranging from the low 60s to low 70s. There's a slight chance of showers on Saturday, so you might want to pack an umbrella if you're heading out. Your move: Attend the DMI Signature Lecture with Professor Elizabeth Dickey on Wednesday, November 19, at noon.
