The EKN Trackside Live program visits multiple events throughout the karting season. Leading up to major events on the calendar, EKN is happy to provide a show as part of the EKN Radio Network. The EKN OutLap is a preview podcast show, geared at providing you with the top stories, breaking news, and championship battles going into the weekend.

The Cup Karts North America Grand Nationals 9 will run from September 25-28 at the New Castle Motorsports Park. Nearly 500 drivers with over 530 entries will compete in nine categories at the New Castle, Indiana facility to etch their names into the history books for the world’s largest Briggs 206 event. Rob Howden and David Cole preview the weekend in Episode 95 of the OutLap, presented by Odenthal Racing Products.

eKartingNews turns 25, and what better way to celebrate then putting together a LIVE show. The Happy Hour with Howden is BACK! One of the original podcast shows that began back in 2005 returns to hit the livestream platform for the first time. Rob Howden hosts with producer David Cole, as they talk about the past 25 years of history in the sport and with the EKN as ‘hub of karting on the internet’. They welcome a few special guest during a fun, relaxed show to rejoice EKN 25.

Episode 90 of Face2Face brings on a preview of what is to come for the upcoming MG Tires 200, set for October 3-5 at the New Castle Motorsports Park. The 200-lap endurance event is a continuation of the famed RoboPong 200 race that was conducted from 2004 to 2015. Brought back last year, the event is carrying a massive prize package of $100,000, including $25,000 to win the main event. This year’s event expands to welcome support races, including the Briggs 206 100 lapper along with Junior and Cadet races. Rob Howden and David Cole welcome NCMP General Manager Mike Adams to discuss this year’s event, last year’s winning team owner Brandon Jarsocrak of Brandon Jarsocrak Racing while also welcoming one of the first confirmed drivers of the event – IndyCar champion and two-time Indy 500 winner Josef Newgarden.
