Hey guys! We are so excited to welcome you to the first episode of The Profound Podcast! A podcast for newly weds, by (almost) newly weds. Our goal for this podcast is to take you all along for the ride as we (Jake and Lexi) navigate the profound mystery (Ephesians 5:32) that is marriage, in real time. Our prayer is that by putting our lives and soon to be marriage on display, we can encourage couples to know that they are not alone in the joys and struggles of marriage. In this episode we discuss where the idea for this podcast came from, why it's called "The Profound Podcast", and a little bit about ourselves as a couple. Thank you so much for listening!
