For me, groin pain revealed stored emotions, low progesterone, fear, trauma, and self-worth wounds. When I slowed down, softened, and reconnected with my feminine energy, everything shifted — including my pain.

Last night I did a Divine Feminine Activation meditation (Meditate With Alice on YouTube), filled with gentle affirmations and softness.
I woke up pain-free.
This is why slowing down and meditation matter.
If I hadn’t listened to my body and asked what she needed, I would still be in pain today.
