Phil Berg began his business career in the retail industry in the 1970’s.

He started by selling carpets and flooring on a market stall, leading on to building a well reputed retail flooring company. with multiple high street shops.

The business was subsequently sold after more than 30 years, in 2007.

Currently he is living his dream of speaking, consulting, coaching, and mentoring individuals and businesses allover the world. This ranges from supporting sole traders monthly, through to tailor made projects with seniorfigures at world renowned companies, such as Ernst & Young and JP Morgan.

He prides himself on being a respectful, thoughtprovoker and he passionately shares his knowledge and expertise on topics such as Leadership, Increasing Sales, Team Development, Management, Effective Communication and True Goal Setting, amongst many others.

Additionally, he was also one of the most successful, multi award winning franchise owners in the United Kingdom &Ireland for the world’s leading professional referral organisation - BNI. Phil was a member of BNI from 1997 until the sale of his flooring company in 2007. Following on from there, his roles included being the Assistant National Director for BNI United Kingdom & Ireland, Executive Director for BNI Essex and BNI London East, Member of the Founders Circle, Member of the Manuals Committee, the National Directors Circle and he still has the honour of beingan active part of the UK & Ireland Director Training Team.
